Flexible reservations can be cancelled and/or changed up to 18:00 PM on the day of arrival - no fee will be charged.
Late cancellation or no-show will result in charging the first night of the reservation.
directions/parking
From Schiphol take a train to the Amsterdam Zuid WTC station, which is an eight minute train ride.
From Amsterdam Central Station the best option is to take Metro number 51 to Amsterdam Zuid WTC, alternatively tram 5 stops right in front of the door (Prinses Irenestraat stop)

citizenM does not provide private parking facilities. Parking at the street is not safe in Amsterdam!
The closest option is QPark Mahler (at 500 meters). Alternatively, there are Park & Ride options in Amsterdam.
The closest P+R garage is at the Olympic Stadium, where rates start at 8 euro per day, this can include 2 bikes or public transport tickets. More information on parking in Amsterdam can be found here.
